Yoga with Jessica : €95 per session Throughout your sessions with Jessica Fonteneau, an Ashtanga yoga teacher for nearly 18 years, she will be attentive to your needs and expectations. You will be guided to create a suspended moment where you will attempt to unite your body and mind in this beautiful green setting conducive to serenity and contemplation. Ashtanga, a dynamic yoga originating from Mysore in southern India, also lends itself to gentle introspection, with kindness and respect. Here, the posture adapts to the body, not the other way around! You will practice a yoga that respects the body and the state of mind of the moment. Stretching, balance, concentration, and breathing will be on the agenda, in joy and relaxation. Jessica looks forward to sharing this beautiful session with you.
Yoga with Pascal : €95 per session For an hour, according to your needs, you will explore calmness, centering, concentration, balance, as well as awareness of breath and body. Thanks to the basic classical yoga postures and the specific breathing of this yoga from southern India, whether slow and deep, or rhythmic and counted, you will discover a new dimension of well-being. The classes are guided without demonstration, thus promoting true inwardness. Imagine practicing outdoors, surrounded by an exceptionally lush and opulent environment. The soothing sounds of water, wind, and birds will envelop you, contributing to a deep replenishment of your vital energy and an intimate connection with the earth.
